cooked Rice

to taste

Salt

sugar

1 tsp

ghee

2 tbsp

oil

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee and oil in a kadai then add cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, cashew nuts and raisins cook for 1/2 minute, then add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds flutter then add onion, add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

Then add carrot, cook it for 1 minute,

Then add cooked rice, salt to taste and sugar, mix thoroughly, cover and cook for 5 minutes, then serve hot.
