Brinjals are one of the vegetables which we use almost daily and the same can be cooked in microwave with awesome result and quickly too!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Brinjals make 2 slits keeping it joined from bottom. Divide into 4 parts then sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder. Take oil in a microwave safe bowl and place the Brinjals, cook in crisp mode for 3 minutes. Then flip the Brinjals and again cook in the same mode for about 2 minutes. Then take out the Brinjals and keep them aside. Take same bowl add onion slices, garlic,ginger,cashew nuts, chilli, tomato slices, salt to taste roast them together in crisp mode for about 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Then grind to a fine paste with adding the curd. Pour the mixture into the bowl add milk, sugar, kasuri methi, mix well cook for same mode for 5 minutes. Stand by for 5 minutes then
