Nutty Cocoa Banana Muffins

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash, peel and mash the bananas to a puree. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda together and set aside.
* Step 2
Add in the sugar and give a good whisk
* Step 4
Dd in the eggs one by one as you whisk them into the batter.
* Step 5
Add in the flour, a cup at a time as you whisk in one direction, until all the flour is incorporated in well.
* Step 6
Add in the groundnuts and mix gently.
* Step 7
Fill your muffin tray to 2/3 full and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
* Step 8
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
