Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour the water in a larger cup and whisk in the yeast and the sugar. let si for 10 minutes as ti activates.

Measure the margarine and wrap it in a plastic bag. mold to a rectangular shape and chill

Measure your flour into a mixing bowl and whisk in the salt. pour in the proofed mixture and mix to a smooth dough. wrap in a plastic bag and chill

* Step 4

Roll outr the edges of the dough and place the the margarine at the center. fold over the dough to cover the margarine.

* Step 5

Lamination. dust your work surface and roll the dough gently roll at least 3 times the size. and make a trifold. wrap in a plastic bag and chill for an hour.

Repeat step 5 three times

Divide and Roll out the dough. trim the edges. cut into triangle shapes. roll up the triangular dough from the base to the tilp.

Place in a greased oven tray, tip down, and allow to proof for 20 minutes. apply some egg wash.

Bake for 20 minutes under 180 degree celcius
