Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the bananas, some salt and oil in a sufuria and bring to boil till the bananas are tender. remove from heat. Add in the carrots.
* Step 2
Add a cup of flour and mash till the smooth. Add in some more flour and knead to a soft dough, transfer to a dusted surface and knead well. cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Divide the dough into balls. Flatten then apply oil and roll them to a pinwheel
* Step 4
Roll them to a nice disc shape and place on a heated tawa. Apply oil as you cook, flipping it regularly, till well done.
* Step 5
Remove and place in an underlined plate.
