Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast
* Step 2
Into the warm milk, mix in the margarine. Make a well in the flour and pour in the milk mixture, together with the water. mix.
* Step 3
As soon as the dough comes together, transfer onto a dusted surface and work on the dough for at least 8 minutes.
* Step 4
Transfer to a dusted container and allow to proof for until it doubles, at least 40 minutes, while covered.
* Step 5
Punch down the dough to remove air. mold it tightly to desired shape and transfer into your greased baking tin and allow to proof for another 20 minutes
* Step 6
Place in a 175 degree Celsius preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes. remove from oven and brush some margarine immediately.
* Step 7
Allow to cool before serving
