Lemon flavored Ugali cake with sultanas

I tried the Ugali cake aka 'corn bread'. I used half the recipe on this one to bake my birthday cake... Lemon rinds give a very nice lemon flavor to this... I loved it, I enjoyed it and I will bake this over and over again... #HAPPYBIRTHDAYRADUMAJAMSE #EXEJOGOOCAKE #EXEugalicake #ugalicake
