Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare your baking tin and preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
* Step 2
Sift all purpose flour and baking powder and set aside.
* Step 3
Put eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat until fluffy.
* Step 4
Add vanilla essence and beat for one minute then add milk and oil and beat for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Next fold in the all purpose flour and the jogoo maize flour and mix well.
* Step 6
Pour the mixture in a prepared baking tin. Top them up with some sultanas.
* Step 7
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
* Step 8
Serve and enjoy with your desired drink.
