Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Deseed and chop the bell peppers in large chunks and wash them thoroughly.
* Step 2
Mix ingredients 2 to 6 to ensure even distribution in the flour. Add water in small amounts while continuously stirring until all the flour is well incorporated, making a thick paste.
* Step 3
Take the capsicum pieces and dip them into the batter one by one making sure they are well coated
* Step 4
Using a spoon, scoop the mixture and dip into the hot oil
* Step 5
Cook the bhajias until the pieces are golden brown and crispy. Remove and place in an underlined container.
* Step 6
Serve immediately while still hot and enjoy.
