dhania

1 cup

butternut

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the pumpkin, drain and empty into a mixing bowl

Add in the dhania

Add in the flour

Add some salt, sugar and oil

* Step 5

Mould into a stiff smooth dough and allow to rest for 20 minutes. roll the dough out

Divide into small balls and roll them into circles

In a heated pan, cook the chapatis, flipping them til the have even golden patches on both sides, place in an underlined container and serve.
