Chicken Antipasto

Ingredient

onion

1/2 can

tomato sauce

3 tbsp

ketchup

1 tbsp

olive oil

1 pinch

salt

1 pinch

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

preheat pan on medium

* Step 2

add olive oil and sautee the onions

* Step 3

add chicken and water

* Step 4

cook chicken until you can shred it. About 10 minutes

* Step 5

add tomato sauce, ketchup and culantro leave. You can substitute culantro with cilantrillo.

* Step 6

cook for another 2 minutes

* Step 7

add sugar, salt and pepper to taste

* Step 8

Let the chicken antipasto rest, serve with crackers
