Choco-banana 'ice-cream'
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ensure you have your ingredients. i prefer the 'highly-dotted' bananas because they tend to be sweeter and gives a heavier pulp
* Step 2
Peel the bananas and freeze them for 20 - 30 minutes
* Step 3
Grate the lemon to get lemon rinds, then squeeze out the lemon juice on to the bananas
* Step 4
In a blender put in the bananas, lemon rind, lemon juice, honey and the cocoa powder. Blend lightly but ensure the the bananas are blended. Pour into a nice clean bowl and put in the freezer
* Step 5
As soon as the mixture sets, remove from freezer and serve
