'Flat top' Vanilla cake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, put the margarine and sugar
* Step 2
Beat until you form a white smooth batter
* Step 3
Add in eggs one by one and beat till all of them are incoporated
* Step 4
Add in the flour and fold in to a smooth batter
* Step 5
Add the vanilla essence and mix pour into the greased baking tray
* Step 6
Spread the batter evenly to achieve a flat top
* Step 7
Bake in an oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes
