Roasted potatoes

Ingredient

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Season the potatoes with salt and pepper and let it rest in a chiller, overnight, in a air tight container

* Step 2

Heat oil in a large skillet under medium heat

* Step 3

Blanch the potatoes for 2 - 2.5 minutes and let them cool

* Step 4

Final cook the potatoes until they get a slightly tough coating

* Step 5

In another pan, melt margarine with a little sugar and toss the potatoes

* Step 6

Serve
