Introduce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the minced meat, onion, ginger-garlic paste, egg salt, pepper and the dhania. Allow to rest for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Mould balls out of the mixture

* Step 3

In a saucepan, heat the oil to medium.

* Step 4

Dip the balls carefully and let them cook

* Step 5

In another saucepan, brown onions and add a little ginger garlic paste. Add in some roughly chopped tomatoes and let them soften. Put in a tsp of tomato paste. and 1 cup of water and let simmer

* Step 6

Dupp the balls in the simmering paste and leave for 5 minutes.

* Step 7

Remove from heat and garnish with the dhania leaves.
