Banana pancakes (no baking powder)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas then add in the eggs and whisk till it all blends in
* Step 2
Sieve in the flour and mix.
* Step 3
Add in the milk and vanilla essence, followed by the sugar then the salt and whisk until bubbles form
* Step 4
Let it rest for some five minutes
* Step 5
Scoop some batter and pour in a greased pan under medium heat. Let it cook until the top side starts to dry. Flip and let the other side cook a little. Do this for the rest of the batter.
