Simple Garden salad #vegetable contest

Fresh veges does it for me... you can use the other bell peppers to enhance the color and presentation

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the vegetables in clean running water

* Step 2

Pluck the soft parts of the lettuce leaves

* Step 3

Cut the tomatoes into 4 equal wedges

* Step 4

Cut the onions into rings

* Step 5

Cut the cucumber into half rings

* Step 6

Cut the bell pepper into rings too

* Step 7

In a clear dish, put the tomato wedges at two opposite corners of the dish e.g. NE and SW, next to them, put the cucumbers and the onion rings on them, put the lettuce and on top of the lettuce put tomatoes on the other opposite corners i.e. NW and SE. then the onion tings and finally, top them with the bell pepper rings.

* Step 8

Using a pestle, put the ginger, garlic, lemon juice, oil and salt, and mash till smooth. Add a little black pepper. That's the salad dressing. Serve chilled with the garden salad.
