Pasta mozzarella, tomatoes and olives

Pasta mozzarella, tomatoes and olives

This is one of my favorite dishes of all times and it’s super easy and quick.

Ingredient

200 g

pasta

1/2 handful

rock salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put water to boil on a pot for the pasta with the rock salt. When it boils add the pasta stirring until the water starts to boil again. I like to try it 2 min before whatever the package says so that I can make sure that it’s al dente.

* Step 2

Chop the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and the olives (removing the pups if you are using pitted olives)

* Step 3

When the pasta is cooked drain it and add the pasta back in the pot. Add the mozzarella, the olives and the tomatoes together with the basil leaves. Drizzle with some olive oil. Stir well whilst on low heat to let the ingredients warm up for a couple of minutes and serve whilst hot.
