This is a great start to chicken parmesan.. or just great for a chicken entree

1 cup
Italian breadcrumbs
1
egg
1/4 cup
milk
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
* Step 2
In a bowl whisk together egg and milk
* Step 3
In a shallow dish add breadcrumbs and seasonings
* Step 4
Grease a baking sheet
* Step 5
Dip each piece of chicken into egg mixture then breadcrumbs, get a good coating of the breadcrumbs on there
* Step 6
Bake for 15 min
* Step 7
Pull out of oven, top with cheese and put back in oven for 5 min.
* Step 8
So easy!
