Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mashed potatoes and put in salt, Half of all powdered masalas, 1 teaspoon coriander leaves and boiled matar
* Step 3
Beat dahi with roasted jeera powder and gur water.
* Step 4
Make a hole in each of the golgappe and arrange them on a plate. Put potato filling in each. Then spread with dahi, tamarind water and tomato chutney
* Step 5
Sprinkle remaining powdered masalas and several.
* Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves
