semolina

2 cups

water

As per taste

peanuts

urad Dal

2 tsp

chana dal

1 slice

Lemon

1 strand

curry leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take a pan add oil once hot add all dry ingredients and cook then add onions and cook for 9-10 minutes

* Step 2

Then add water and allow it to boil then add semolina slowly and continue mixing till water absorbs and whole upma cooked

* Step 3

Then put the flame very low for 2 minutes and close the lid

* Step 4

Then check salt if required and squeeze lemon and garnish with coriander leaves
