Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First roast sooji and keep it a side
* Step 2
Then take a pan add oil and fry cashews and peanuts
* Step 3
Then. Keep them a side then add chana Dal urad dal mustard seeds and saute and red chilli
* Step 4
Then add curry leaves and saute then add chopped onions and saute and add little salt and mix all and add peas
* Step 5
After onions get translucent add water and let it boil and mix and cover with lid and then add sooji and mix continuously
* Step 6
Then add salt if required and sprinkle coriander leaves chopped.
* Step 7
And squeeze lemon and add sugar for more taste and serve it
