Mixed fruit jam

Homemade mixed fruit jam.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut all fruits into small pieces and pressure cook for 2 whistles.

* Step 2

Once cool down smash fruits into paste.(For 2cups of fruit paste 2cups of sugar needed).

* Step 3

In a kadai add 2cups of sugar and 1cup of water.Boil until the sugar syrup forms ball consistency.

* Step 4

Now add fruit paste to the sugar syrup stir continuously until it thickens.After some time drain the mixture this is optional.Switch off the flame& add vinegar,food colour and mixed fruit essence.
