Sooji noodles healthy version

Sooji noodles

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

Garam masala

2 tsp

Vinegar

3 tbsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water in a vessel add little salt and oil once water starts boiling add noodles cook for 2 to 3 min switch off the flame and drain the water and keep it a side.

* Step 2

In a pan/kadai pour oil add garlic and chopped veggies saute for 2min on high flame now add salt, chilli powder,garam masala and noodles mix well.

* Step 3

Finally add vinegar mix well and switch off the flame.(Note you can garnish with spring onion also.)
