Kangkoong with Oyster Sauce

When I was 14 or 15, my mom taught me how to cook vegetable with Chinese style. This is my first vegetable with chinese style. I hope you can try my recipe and enjoy!

Ingredient

Kangkoong

3 tablespoon

oyster sauce

3 tablespoon

water

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1 tablespoon

margarine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the margarine

* Step 2

Add minced garlic, wait untill the garlic turn into brown

* Step 3

Add the kangkoong, stir for a while

* Step 4

Add the oyster sauce, stir again

* Step 5

Pour the water, wait a while. after that, stir it

* Step 6

Add the salt, stir again
