Chatpata Chana chat

Are you a fan of chaat? If yes, here is a super easy chaat recipe that will tantalize your taste buds.Winters are almost here. We need something to snack on other than our regular meals at odd hours while we are unwinding on a couch watching our favourite movie 😂

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak kala chana or chickpeas overnight in enough water. Cover with the lid and pressure cook in a pressure cooker for 6-7 whistles or until cooked. Let the pressure release naturally

* Step 2

Transfer them in a large bowl.  Cut potatoes into bite-sized cubes and add them to the chickpeas. Then add onion and cucumber too.Next throw some coriander leaves and some chopped chillies to the bowl for mixing.

* Step 3

Now add Chat Masala, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice. Pour sweet tamarind chutney and green chutney as per your requirement.

* Step 4

Top with some sev and chopped coriander leaves as a garnish and serve. You can either eat it hot or cold.
