Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter
* Step 2
Now add sliced chillies and saute for few seconds.
* Step 3
Then add cloves and saute for another few seconds. This process gives a very nice aroma and it also removea the strong taste of garlic.
* Step 4
Now add tomatoes followed by salt. This speeds up the cooking process. Cover the lid and let it cool.
* Step 5
Now roughly ground it in mixer grinder. Make sure not to make a fine paste.
* Step 6
Now tasty and tangy garlic tomato chutney is ready to tickle your taste buds. Enjoy with rice, dal, papad and aloo bharta.
