Egg Omelette in Desi Style (My way)
An easy egg recipe that's a perfect match with bread or roti.Easy to make and good to eat.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Break 2 eggs in a bowl add tomato, onion, chopped chillies.
* Step 2
Then add chopped coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder and Red chilli powder.Finally crush some kasuri methi and add for extra taste.
* Step 3
Whisk well !
Now take a pan add oil, then add the egg mixture, spread it evenly.
Allow to cook for few minutes.
* Step 4
Gently fold both sides and flip carefully. Allow to cook for few more seconds.
Cut into medium sized pieces.
Doneee!
* Step 5
Enjoy with Roti or bread.
