Take a bowl add suji then add curd mix it well add little water to make a lump free smooth batter.

Chop all veggies and keep it handy. Then add the veggies into the curd mix and keep aside for 10-15 mins.

Take a bread slice apply the mixture well on bread. Now add little butter in the pan and keep the bread upside down.

Allow to cook on low flame. Flip and let it cook on both sides for 4-5 mins.

Now our crisp and golden Suji Toast is ready.
