Whether it's hot pakodas and samosas, or pizzas and noodles or any other snack, they all seems incomplete without a salty, spicy, sweet, or tangy sauce!
Here comes the most delicious sauce. Easy to make and tasty to eat.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take tomatoes, mark 'X' with a knife. Add them in a pan of water. Throw some garlic cloves and red chillies, deseeded.
* Step 2
Allow to boil vigorously for 5-8 mins. Remove them in cold water. Now remove the skin and roughly chop them. Now grind them coursely.
* Step 3
Take a pan, add oil then add around 5-6 cloves and chopped onion. Saute a little, then add the tomatoes and cook for 4-5 mins.
* Step 4
Add all the dry spices. Then add vinegar.
* Step 5
Now add tomato ketchup and cook for another 2-3 mins. Finally add sugar to balance the taste.
* Step 6
Keep cooking until the sauce looks little transparent. Transfer to a bowl. Add this sauce while making pizza or pasta. Stay good for 10 days in refrigerator.
