My family' favourite
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a kadhai add all the ingredients mentioned under (for kebabs) and allow it to cook until the meat is soft and absorbs all water.
* Step 2
Keep it aside to cool.Once cooled add very little water to grind it.
* Step 3
Now add egg and sattu (dry roasted gram) and mix well.
* Step 4
Now mix everything under for filling(section) and squeeze lemon juice.
* Step 5
Take a small portion of grinded mixture with wet hand make a cavity add filling inside and seal the edges properly.You can wet your hand with little water for even finish.
* Step 6
Heat oil in a pan and add the kebabs and allow it to fry until golden and crisp.
* Step 7
Your yummy kebabs is ready.Serve hot with parathas and salad or onion rings
