#goldenapron Sattu is typically made of roasted Bengal gram.The poor man's protein is packed with a lot of health benefits Sattu is rich in protein, fiber, calcium, iron, manganese and magnesium.It is the best summer coolent and good for digestion. It provides instant energy to the body and also good for diabetic patients.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut,chop and assemble all ingredients

Make a semi stiff dough with wheat flour,as per as taste salt and water and keep it aside for 10-15 mins.

Take sattu in a container.Mix all the ingredients add very little water to get a crumbly texture.

* Step 4

Now take a small ball from the dough and make a cavity/hollow at the centre.Take desired amount of sattu stuffing and fill the cavity

Now seal the edges properly

Sprinkle little wheat flour of rolling pin and lightly roll making sure not to give much pressure.

Now heat a tawa and add the Paratha, shallow fry adding mustard oil.

Flip and turn until you get a good brown and golden colour.

As it's ready.

Finish making all the parathas in the similar process.
