Bread doughnuts

Super easy and perfect for evening snacks

Ingredient

4 slices

bread

1/2 tsp

Cumin powder

1 tbsp

maida

2 tbsp

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mashed potatoes and grind the bread slices.Add all the ingredients and mix it well to attain the dough like consistency.Finally add lemon juice.

* Step 2

Take a small ball sized dough and make a hole at the center

* Step 3

Now dip the doughnuts into the slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs..

* Step 4

You can double coat for extra crispiness. complete making all the doughnuts in the similar manner Keep inside the refrigerator for 15-20 mins.

* Step 5

Now heat sufficient oil in a pan and fry the doughnuts until crisp and golden.

* Step 6

Drain it out in an absorbent paper.

* Step 7

Serve with any dips or chutney of your choice.
