Inside Out Pizza Paratha
Loaded with extra cheese
Presenting Pizza PARATHA with left over aata dough.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the veggies with mayo salt,chilli flakes,oregano and keep aside.
* Step 2
Knead the aata with oil,salt and water to make semi stiff dough.You can also use leftover chapati dough
* Step 4
Take one chapati and add 1/2 the veggie mixture spreading evenly with a spoon leaving the edge add grated cheese as per taste.
* Step 5
Cover it with another chapati making sure to seal the edges properly,else the mixture might come out.Now using a fork seal the edges nicely.
* Step 6
Grease a non stick pan with little butter keeping the flame to low.Now put the paratha on the pan,let one side cook properly.Then flip it over.
* Step 7
Now add the remaining veg mixture on top of the paratha and add grated cheese keeping the flame low.
* Step 8
Let the cheese melt completely,serve hot with sauce.
