Potato Pancakes

A simple recipe with easily available ingredients. As it is for kids so keeping the health in mind I have added veggies to enhance the taste and increase the nutritional value. Used very little oil only to grease the pan, so the recipe is ideal for kids.To summarize it's tasty as well as healthy.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop and slice all veggies. Squeeze extra water from potatoes
* Step 2
Add cornflour and all purpose flour, salt,pepper,egg and jeera. Mix well avoid using water if the consistency is thin then add more flour.
* Step 3
Heat a non stick pan grease with little oil
* Step 4
Take small portion of batter in hand spread carefully on the pan.Keep the flame low else pancake will burn.
* Step 5
Continue with same process flipping the opposite sides in between.
* Step 6
Finish all the pancakes with same process
* Step 7
Serve hot with any dip but goes well with schezwan sauce.
