Imli ki khati mithi chutney

Ingredient

100 gm

imli

1/2 tsp

kala namak

1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

black pepper

1 bowl

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dip imli in hot water 2 hours,after then crushed with hands and strain water in a pan.

* Step 2

Now in this imli water add crushed gaggery,cook it for 10 minutes low or medium flame.

* Step 3

Then add all dry masale mentioned above.turn off flame. Cool it and put in a bottle keep in refrigerator.
