Besan ki Burfi

Ingredient

1/2 kg

besan

1/2 kg

desi ghee

50 gm

goond

as needed

Almonds

as needed

Cashew

As needed

Raisin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a kadahi and heat ghee now add besan

* Step 2

Keep flame high 5 minutes after then cook it at medium flame

* Step 3

Cook it until it gets brown now add crushed dry fruits

* Step 4

Turn off flame and add desi khaand mix it well

* Step 5

Now pour this besan batter on greasd tray

* Step 6

After cool it cut into small pieces in seaqure or triangle shapes

* Step 7

Besan burfi is ready to eat in winter special 🙏
