Easy Lettuce & Egg Stir-Fry with Oyster Sauce
I made this with half of a leftover head of lettuce, my favorite vegetable.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine ☆ ingredients. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
* Step 2
Heat sesame oil in a pot and pour in the beaten eggs. Stir lightly. Add lettuce, then add combined sauce and stir-fry briskly.
* Step 3
When the ingredients and the sauce have been mixed together thoroughly, it's ready to eat!
