Bread dahi vada

Ingredient

4 slices

bread

1/2 cup

milk

handful

chopped nuts

1 bowl

curd

To taste

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak bread slices in milk

* Step 2

Squeeze milk and nuts and bind it tightly to make balls.

* Step 3

Now keep all balls on a plate.

* Step 4

Add curd and spices, sprinkle masala and salt.

* Step 5

Garnish with tamarind and green chutney. Add pomegranate pearls

* Step 6

Serve.
