Rice flour laddoo

Ingredient

Cooking time :

2 1/2 cup

milk

1/2 cup

sugar

2 tbsp

butter/ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast rice flour/ground rice over low heat until fragrant and slightly browned (optional).

* Step 2

Leave to cool.

* Step 3

Melt butter/ghee in a pan, add sugar, vanilla and milk. Stir well.

* Step 4

When the milk is hot (not boiling) add the flour gradually and stir continuously until mixture forms a soft dough.

* Step 5

When the dough has absorbed all moisture and no longer sticks to the pan remove from heat and let cool for 2-3 mins.

* Step 6

Oil your hands a little(this is optional, only do this if mixture sticks to your hands) take a piece of dough and roll between your palms to shape it into balls. Alternately you can use a tablespoon to measure the dough, roll between your palms and make same size balls.

* Step 7

Now roll the balls into the dessicated coconut and then it's done.

* Step 8

Enjoy with a nice cup of tea! 😋😋
