1 1/2 cup

semolina

To taste

salt

2 tsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a big bowl add semolina, curd, sakt mix all, make batter.

* Step 2

Now grace idli stand with oil, add eno in batter and pour batter into idli stand.

* Step 3

Cook 5 minute in microwave.

* Step 4

Serve with sambhar.
