Chilli Paneer
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a nonstick pan, saute all vegetable one by one.
* Step 2
Take a bowl add besan, pinch orange colour and little water make a slury, coat all paneer with this batter and saute 2 second in a pan.
* Step 3
Now heat oil in another pan, add onion paste,saute it, now add tomato puree, add all spices to taste mix well, now add malai and mix well add sauted vegetable and paneer.
* Step 4
Mix it well. Chilli paneer is ready to serve.
* Step 5
Take a bowl add chillinpaneer, garnish with grated paneer.
