Sabudana Rose Kheer
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak sabudana for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Take a thick bottomed pan, boil milk, add soaked sabudana and cook on low flame till then sabudana pearls are soft.keep stirring.
* Step 3
Add sugar and cardamom powder and simmer till the pearls have cooked well.
* Step 4
Add rose syrup and chopped dry fruits of your choice.
* Step 5
Serve chilled garnish with rose syrup and dry fruits.
