1/2 cup

Rice flour

1/2 cup

Jowar flour

1/2 tsp

Carrom seeds

to taste

Salt

As needed

Look warm water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast all the flours on low flame till aromatic take out and let it cool

* Step 2

Add chopped onion and garlic chilli paste,salt red chilli powder,dahi coriander with the help of look warm water make dough

* Step 3

Take a flat pan apply oil or ghee or amul butter as per your taste. Spread the ball sized dough add some butter on sides.and cook until light brown on both the sides

Serve hot with pickle,sauce or homemade white butter any thing or it tastes yum without any thing.
