Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl

Add very little water

* Step 3

Or you may add buttermilk instead of water

Rest the batter for 10mins

* Step 5

Heat the tawa and make thick chillas

* Step 6

Sprinkle oil

* Step 7

And cook the chilla on both sides

* Step 8

Serve hot with coriander chutney or ketchup

* Step 9
