Curd and Cucumber balls

#THC #MILK This recipe is a kind of Chaat ,made with Curd Cucumber batter and bread dipped into it ,rolled into balls. Coated with the kadi patta tadka then sprinkled with green chutney , ketchup and imli chutney. Soft and yummy .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take Curd, grated Cucumber, crushed peanuts salt, green chillies, mix it, batter is ready.

* Step 2

Dip Bread slice in this batter and pick up the bread along with some batter and Form into a ball. Similarly use all the bread slices and form into balls.Keep aside un covered for 15 -20 minutes so that the balls are a little dry.

* Step 3

Prepare the tadka by Heating oil in a pan add mustard seed when it splutter,s put curry leaves turmeric powder and mix.

* Step 4

Now add in the curd balls, turn them carefully till coated with the tadka. Lower the flame cover with a lid for a minute. Off the flame.It is ready to serve.

* Step 5

Remove and serve in individual bowls. Pour a spoon of all the chutney,s and ketchup. Add some sev and serve.
