Fusion vegetable wraps
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan,add onions saute,add garlic and cook a little.
* Step 2
Add all Vegetable's except cabbage and stir, then add the spices and mix. Add mashed potatoes and mix again.
* Step 3
For wrap dough...mix all the ingredients together to make soft dough.it should not be sticky.keep aside for few minutes.
* Step 4
Make small balls and roll them into big thin round rotis.
* Step 5
Put on tawa and cook wraps(rotis) on both sides.taking care not to over cook.Make all wraps, keep aside.
* Step 6
Take cooked wrap and spread mayonnaise add the stuffing and cabbage in the center.
* Step 7
Fold the wrap on all three sides holding with a tooth pick.
* Step 8
Put little oil on a tawa and fry the wraps on both sides for few seconds.(If u want some strips on wraps then fry it on a grill pan)
