1/2 cup

gur powder,

1/4 cup

milk.,

1/4 cup

milk powder

1/4 cup

pistachios

1/4 cup

peanuts

1/4 cup

oats

1/4 cup

Almond

1/4 cup

Cashew

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the ingredients.

* Step 2

When cool grind it into powder.mix milk powder to it.

* Step 3

Heat powdered Gur in a pan,add milk.As it starts to boil add protein powder.keep stirring soon it will start to gather.Stir for 1-2 minutes and off the flame.

* Step 4

When it is still warm,shape the mixture into ladoos and decorate with Seasame seeds.

Delicious,soft and healthy ladoos r ready to eat.
