Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the spinach and blanch for five mins with a pinch salt
* Step 2
Cool down for some time then strain it In a kneading bowl mix wheat flour,suji. boiled spinach,carom seeds,onion seeds salt,chilli flakes and clarified butter.
* Step 3
Make a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 mins. Divide the dough into a ball.
* Step 4
Flatten the ball into thin round puri.
* Step 5
Heat enough oil in a pan and add the spinach puri. Lower the heat and fry till light brown. Serve hot with aloo bhaji.
