Sprout moong masala curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and asafoetida and cumin seeds to crackle.
Add onion and saute till slightly brown,add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
* Step 2
Add tomato and saute 3 - 4 mins,add turmeric powder,green chilli and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
* Step 3
Now add sprout moong and mix well,add two cup of water and salt and cover the lid and cook simmer for 20 mins
* Step 4
Add garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
